Sandra also has an extensive background in the pharmaceutical industry involving integrating technology to help her customers grow sales and streamline operations. Top Cosmetic Retail Leader Joins Neill

Kim Mason has been chosen to replace Sandra Cashe as Vice President of Aveda Sales and Education. Kim brings with her 23 years of experience with Estée Lauder Companies, most recently with Clinique’s retail division where she was responsible for $1 billion in sales. Kim is known in the industry as an expert in building retail, and her focus is delivering proven and simple strategies that increase product sales by focusing on excellent customer service.

Donna has spent her entire career at Neill dedicated to providing excellent customer service—with proven results.
