Introducing Neill Technologies™ – The Beauty of Technology

Extended Technologies®, creator of SalonBiz® and SpaBiz®, will now be known as Neill Technologies. Neill has always been known as an innovative leader in the beauty industry and this name expresses our continued commitment to help salons and spas use technology to improve and grow their businesses.

In further development of our move towards Neill Technologies, we are excited to announce that Sandra Cashe has been named president of this new group. As Vice President of Aveda Sales and Education for the past five years, Sandra has a proven record of supporting our customers and developing great teams. Under her leadership, Neill has continued to be one of the top Aveda distributors in the world. Sandra also has an extensive background in the pharmaceutical industry involving integrating technology to help her customers grow sales and streamline operations. Her intimate knowledge of the salon and spa industry combined with her background in strategic development make her the perfect candidate to lead Neill Technologies in its next evolution.

Top Cosmetic Retail Leader Joins Neill

Kim Mason has been chosen to replace Sandra Cashe as Vice President of Aveda Sales and Education. Kim brings with her 23 years of experience with Estée Lauder Companies, most recently with Clinique’s retail division where she was responsible for $1 billion in sales. Kim is known in the industry as an expert in building retail, and her focus is delivering proven and simple strategies that increase product sales by focusing on excellent customer service.

Long-time Neill Stakeholder Named Vice President of etopa®

Many of you are lucky to know Donna Dixon, who has been with Neill for more than 20 years. Donna has spent her entire career at Neill dedicated to providing excellent customer service—with proven results. Donna will bring that same dedication to her new position as Vice President of etopa, where she will continue to lead the etopa team in the development of superior quality salon furniture and design tools.

In Donna’s place, we have appointed Lynn Dufrene to head up Aveda Customer Relations. Lynn has been an integral part of the Neill team since 1999, working both as internal SDP before managing our call center. Lynn brings with her a broad range of customer service experience.
