We reserve the right to substitute educators without notice. We also reserve the right to cancel classes without assuming any liability beyond the value of the course fee. Education is non-refundable. You may substitute one participant for another at any event without a penalty charge.
Continuing Education Unit eligibility applies in the state of Texas. CEU eligibility is based on final approval from the state board and may depend on license type. It is the licensees' responsibility to confirm with the state board if they are eligible to receive CEUs for a particular class. Neill Corporation will not be held responsible for licensees taking classes for CEUs that do not apply to their license. The class has to be taken in the state in which the person is licensed to receive credits through Neill Corporation's provider number. An additional $15 processing fee will be charged to attendees who wish to obtain CEU credit for a class. Payments will not be accepted at the class. Payment is to be charged prior to or within the same week of the class. If attendee cannot supply their license number at the class, it should be emailed to tasha.hanks@neill.net the week of the class. It will not be accepted past that week due to Texas State Board regulations. They should then check the State Board website 10 days after the class to verify their hours posted. If not, they need to call 1-800-333-0100 ext 1345 to rectify immediately.
The continuing education requirement for all licensees is 2 hours of 'Other Topics' that would include Neill classes every two years. Licensee may not receive CEUs for attending the same course more than once during a renewal period. For specifics on Texas State Board regulations, please refer to www.license.state.tx.us or

As part of our ongoing commitment to reduce our environmental impact on the world, all of our educational events are now carbon neutral. Included in your ticket price is a modest contribution to help offset our carbon emissions that contribute to global warming.
With the support of NativeEnergy, we have measured the estimated emissions from our events, including travel, energy usage and associated waste. These estimations are then "offset" by sponsoring projects that reduce carbon emissions, including alternative fuel usage. Please visit our website for more details on this project and more.
We all have an impact on the Earth… we choose to make ours positive.
